Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney Pay: $120,000 - $160,000 Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in NJ litigation Work setting: In-person at the Roseland, NJ office. After 1 year, hybrid schedule options may be available. They value professional growth, diversity, and collaboration. Responsibilities: Handle litigation matters including municipal law, redevelopment, tax exemption, and employment disputes. Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, manage discovery. Represent clients in depositions, court conferences, and hearings. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases. Engage with clients directly, including meetings in the day and evening. Qualifications: Licensed in New Jersey. At least 3 years of attorney experience, with more welcomed.
