We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician with welding capabilities to support the construction, operations, and maintenance of thermal remediation systems. This role combines our traditional Field Technician duties with the additional skill of performing MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on carbon-steel pipe, stainless-steel tubing, and rods./ppWork across all phases of TerraTherm projects, including construction, installation, operations support, maintenance, and demobilization. Assemble and disassemble vapor- and liquid-treatment systems. Operate various types of equipment and perform high-quality welding and fabrication as required./ppAssemble and disassemble vapor and liquid treatment equipment./ppOperate forklifts and skid steers safely and efficiently./ppTroubleshoot and repair system components./ppPerform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding for construction and operations tasks./ppEnsure weld quality with proper fit-up, preparation, and inspection./ppFollow TerraTherm safety practices and participate in safety programs./ppMaintain professionalism, workmanship, and reliable communication./ppModerate to heavy exertion, including lifting to 50 lbs./ppStanding, bending, stooping, and working on uneven terrain./ppOutdoor work in varying climates./ppWorking around machinery, chemicals, and noisy environments./ppRemote Nationwide position with required travel/ppWorking in various climates/ppOne year of experience in construction, mechanical, or maintenance fields./ppHigh School diploma or equivalent./ppValid drivers license with a clean record./ppAbility to pass physical and drug/alcohol screenings./ppProficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, including carbon steel and stainless-steel materials./pp$23 - $28 per hour depending on experience/ppRespiratory Protection will be required to be worn if specified by a site-specific Health and Safety Plan, or when air monitoring indicates potential for exposure levels to reach an established action, level, threshold limit value (TLV), or permissible exposure limit (PEL). To comply with health and safety standards to protect against workplace hazards, employees may be required to shave or maintain facial hair in a manner that ensures a proper seal for respirator use./ppThis is an entry-level position with tremendous room for growth within the field team. You will gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a supportive environment. There is potential for internal advancement into roles such as an operator or other leadership positions.
