What You’ll Do

• Learn customer acquisition and promotional sales by working directly with people at events, retail promotions, and other field campaigns.
\n
• Introduce client products and services, answer questions, and work toward campaign sales goals.
\n
• Develop a practical understanding of performance, customer experience, and campaign operations.
\n
• With demonstrated results, take on opportunities to support coaching, team development, campaign management, and business operations.

Who We’re Looking For

Graduates from any field are welcome, and a degree is not the only route into this opportunity. We are looking for curiosity, a strong work ethic, comfort with customer interaction, and genuine interest in learning how to lead.

Training & Growth

\n

You will receive hands-on training and ongoing guidance in a fully employed W-2 position. The development route can lead from customer-facing sales to team and campaign leadership, and potentially office management. Advancement depends on performance, capability, and available opportunities—not a guaranteed timetable.
