A Day in the Life

Your shift kicks off with a focused handoff and review of work orders and blueprints. You’ll prepare and apply rubber and polymer coatings to precision rollers, handle materials, and move workpieces using a forklift , overhead crane , and hand truck . Throughout the day, you’ll perform quality checks, document results, and collaborate with teammates who share your pride in craftsmanship.

Shifts Available

• 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM ( paid lunch )
• 3rd Shift: Sun–Thurs, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

We are growing and hiring immediately for both shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $23.75–$26.18 per hour plus shift premium (based on experience)
• Weekly pay
• 401(k) with company match , health insurance, PTO, and more
• Career growth: Earn up to two wage increases in your first year
• Sign-on bonus: $1,000 after 6 months of employment

What You Bring

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Experience with blueprints (preferred)
• Experience using forklifts , cranes , and hand trucks
