Shift: 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

Pay: Up to $21/hour

Overtime: Available as needed, including occasional Saturdays

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator II to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Kenosha. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with experience operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment and supporting shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has experience with stand-up reach trucks, order pickers (cherry pickers), sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks , along with RF scanner and warehouse management system experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, order pickers (cherry pickers), and powered pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

• Load, unload, move, stage, and store materials throughout the warehouse.

• Pick and stage customer orders for shipment.

• Perform shipping and receiving functions, including verifying inbound and outbound shipments.

• Complete inventory transactions using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).

• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization.

• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.

• Inspect material handling equipment and report maintenance concerns.

• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience operating:

• Stand-up Reach Truck

• Order Picker / Cherry Picker

• Sit-Down Forklift

• Electric Pallet Jack

• Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment.

• Ability to safely load, unload, stage, and transport materials.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.

• Current forklift certification is a plus (training/certification may be provided if needed).

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
