Then you may be our perfect hero!Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with customer service and management of the customer experienceAssist with scheduling all warranty activitiesEnter lead/jobs into the operating system and make sure all information in the project is correctSchedule CM initial visit with customerEducate customers on processReview and validate project file documentationConfirm with CM project scope of work is completeMaintain customer and client communicationsSupport CMs ensuring customer and client agreement on scope and estimateEnsure all paperwork is complete with customer and clientEnsure estimates are distributed to all necessary partiesInterface with Subcontractors for availabilitySign up new Subcontractors and maintain insurances and licensingIssue WOs based on project budgetAcquire proper permits as necessary and ensure all correct procedures are being followed with local municipalitiesSchedule inspections with building departmentsUpdate budgets and keep within set parametersOrder materials and supplies as neededAssist identifying and qualifying resource providersValidate completed PO documentationUpdate contract status with change orders and keep customer and client advisedMaintain Work-in-Progress (WIP) reportMaintain communication logPrepare project reportsUpon completion, review file documentation and update as necessaryManage collections activitiesPerform project close-out and auditPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma/GEDSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationIntermediate math skillsExperience in restoration and/or construction preferredInitial training and occasional team meetings will require travel to our Port Richey office.Pay starts at $21 - $23 an hour (based on experience), quarterly commissions and the possibility of overtime pay.
