Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant to lead marketing customer acquisition strategies with a focus on acquiring Wells Fargo customers without a deposit relationship. Growth Marketing is responsible for driving profitable growth in new customers and balances through integrated, data-driven marketing strategies. This role will lead a high-impact, cross-functional team spanning marketing execution, analytics, finance, product, etc. to identify, implement, and scale innovative digital marketing capabilities that accelerate customer growth and deliver seamless, customer-obsessed experiences. This role is critical in helping the Consumer Bank deliver new customer growth deepening strategies.The ideal candidate is highly quantitative, curious and collaborate with an innate performance mindset. This is a high-visibility role, which offers opportunity for creativity and innovation, while helping to deliver significant production at strong returns through effective marketing campaigns.In this role, you will: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to deepen new Wells Fargo customers into the Consumer Bank and improve customer experience (e.g., Ads/Owned Channels, Email, Direct Mail Search, LLM/AI optimized advertising, etc.)Lead complex initiatives, working across different functional teams, to strategize, plan, and implement new digital marketing strategies that optimize online account opening and deepen consumer relationshipsCraft well-structured strategic marketing plans using qualitative and quantitative data to produce measurable resultsPartner with multiple cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end performance - across page traffic, account profitability, and budget metricsDeliver executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholdersChampion a test-and-learn culture, driving experimentation and continuous improvement across digital channelsReview analytical results to make data-driven decisions to improve production while delivering customer-obsessed experiencesEmbrace test and learn while being thorough in the management of detailsBecome a customer advocate – reach greater understanding of our prospect checking customer needs and segment pain-pointsRequired Qualifications: 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications: Strong extensive marketing strategy experience with a focus on end-to-end customer acquisition through digital channelsExperience working in banking or financial servicesDemonstrated outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present and discuss information in a way that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levelsExperience with build a test and learn agenda through business case creation and stakeholder prioritizationExperience with preparing management-level presentations and influence senior decision makersStrong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently; must thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks and responsibilitiesAbility to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantJob Expectations:Hybrid work scheduleSome travel may be required (up to 10%).This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.No relocation assistancePosting End Date: 9 Aug 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
