ABOUT THIS HEATING AND COOLING POSITION

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation every 5+ days.
• Location: Dispatch from home with occasional reporting to our Washington office.

Your Role: As an HVAC Technician - HVACR Service Technician, your day starts with dispatching from home and heading out to repair broken HVAC and refrigeration systems. As a pro with years of experience, you're the go-to problem solver for our clients. Whether it's troubleshooting a complex system or installing new components, you ensure everything runs smoothly. In this heating and cooling role, you communicate directly with customers, explain issues in a way they understand, and make sure the correct pricing is reflected on your tablet. All the while, you have the flexibility and trust of a company that's here to support you!

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

• 3+ years of HVACR experience
• EPA 608 Universal License
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and independent work ethic
