Financial Controller

We are currently hiring on behalf of our clients for the following position: Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a large, fast-paced resort environment. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Accountant ready to take the next step or an experienced Controller with strong hospitality accounting experience. What You’ll Do: Lead daily accounting operations including AP, AR, income audit, payroll, and general ledger Manage month-end/year-end close and financial statement preparation Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, and variance reporting Maintain strong GAAP, internal controls, and compliance practices Oversee payroll operations for 1,000+ associates Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team Partner with resort leadership on financial and operational decisions Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and systems Support internal/external audits and special finance projects Must Have: 4-year degree, preferably in Accounting , or equivalent education/experience 5–10 years of progressively responsible Finance or Accounting experience Advanced knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and GAAP Strong financial-statement preparation, analysis, reconciliation, and interpretation skills Experience leading accounting operations and developing Finance/Accounting professionals Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience with Office 365 and accounting/payroll systems Strong attention to detail, dependability, ethics, and confidentiality Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality/resort environment, including weekends and holidays Hospitality accounting experience is strongly preferred , particularly experience supporting multiple properties PrimeBridge Workforce is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
