We are currently seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our 94-room hotel in Lafayette, Louisiana. Provide outstanding guest service with a warm, professional attitude Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction Answer phones, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries Process payments, maintain accurate records, and manage daily reports Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively to maintain satisfaction Uphold hotel brand standards and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and guest-friendly demeanor Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player What We Offer: Paid Time Off begins accruing after 90 days 1 week of vacation after 1 year of service Employee hotel discount rates nationwide Retirement investment plan after 2 years of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
