AI Services, Consulting & SaaS Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Field-Based, On-Site with Clients) Employment Type: Full-Time, Outside Sales, Individual Contributor Sales Executive / Outside Sales Representative AI Services, Consulting & SaaS Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Field-Based, On-Site with Clients) Employment Type: Full-Time, Outside Sales, Individual Contributor Role Summary TechGenies is seeking a Sales Executive / Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth across the Dallas-Fort Worth market for its AI services, consulting, and SaaS offerings. This is a field-based, full-cycle sales role: the rep builds and owns a regional pipeline, runs in-person and virtual discovery conversations, and closes deals with support from TechGenies' technical and delivery teams. What You Will Sell You will represent a portfolio of high-demand offerings, including AI services, Agentic AI solutions, data engineering, automation, technology consulting, fractional CTO advisory, software development services, and enterprise AI platform solutions. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects within the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Conduct in-person and virtual discovery meetings with prospective clients. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close. Work with TechGenies' technical and delivery teams to shape proposals and solution scope. Represent TechGenies at relevant local industry events and networking opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates and forecasts. Personal Attributes Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, comfortable building pipeline independently. Consultative and credible with both business and technical stakeholders. Commercially driven, with strong ownership of activity and outcomes. Comfortable with a field-based role and a base-plus-commission structure. Requirements 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology services, SaaS, staffing, or consulting. Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business independently. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Comfortable maintaining CRM discipline and accurate forecasting. Based in or willing to work in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Reliable transportation for client visits. Compensation & Benefits Base salary, structured as a field-based outside sales role. Commission percentage of first-year contract value on closed deals. Mileage and travel reimbursement for client visits. Flexible schedule within the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
