As part of our continued growth, we are building out our sales organization from the ground up and are seeking a Sales Executive who wants to help shape it. Overview This is a builder's seat. Doyensys is investing in its first dedicated sales organization, and this Sales Executive role owns the Oracle Fusion territory across ERP, SCM, and EPM. You will build pipeline within Doyensys's growing Fusion practice, managed services, integration programs, and introduce Doyensys's emerging AI services into ERP, SCM, and EPM conversations. You will report to the VP of Growth, carry direct revenue accountability, and have the freedom to build your book of business and your relationships within the Oracle Fusion sellers group largely from scratch. Key Responsibilities Revenue and Pipeline Management Achieve assigned annual revenue targets across ERP, SCM, and EPM services Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline across new logo and existing account opportunities Own Oracle ERP modernization to SaaS opportunities as a primary source of new business Maintain accurate forecasting and sales reporting Strategic Account Development Engage CFOs, VPs of Finance, Supply Chain, and business process owners in consultative, outcome focused conversations Position Doyensys across Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, and EPM implementation and optimization services Introduce Doyensys's AI services as a natural extension of ERP, SCM, and EPM conversations Collaborate with delivery and practice leaders to shape tailored solutions Oracle Ecosystem Alignment Build relationships with the Oracle Fusion sellers group Work to get Doyensys into Oracle account plans and deal registration Identify and execute co-sell opportunities with Oracle field teams Coordinate with the Applications Unlimited team on shared account opportunities Commercial Leadership Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations Structure MSAs, SOWs, T&M, fixed bid, and managed services engagementsEnsure revenue growth aligns with margin and delivery capacity Qualifications 5+ years of experience selling enterprise applications or Oracle services, with direct experience in ERP, SCM, or EPM Bachelor's degree required Experience selling Oracle Fusion Cloud applications is a strong plus Strong understanding of Oracle Enterprise SaaS applications across ERP, SCM, and EPM Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles Strong executive presence and consultative selling capability Experience working within onsite and offshore delivery models Ability to speak credibly to AI use cases as a differentiator.
