Role Overview We are seeking a high-impact Sales Head – Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) to lead and scale our HCLS business across North America. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders across payer, provider, and life sciences organizations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a strong track record in IT services and digital transformation, capable of owning end-to-end sales strategy, pipeline development, and large deal closures . This individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients , leveraging Movate’s capabilities across digital, cloud, data, and AI to solve business-critical challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. Title - Vice President Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Revenue Ownership Own and drive revenue and margin targets for the HCLS vertical across the region Lead new business development while expanding existing strategic accounts Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities across payer, provider, and life sciences segments Strategic Account Leadership Build and manage CXO-level relationships across key accounts Act as a trusted partner , aligning Movate’s solutions to client business priorities Expand footprint within accounts by mapping new stakeholders, business units, and LOBs Sales Strategy & Execution Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for HCLS Collaborate with global sales, delivery, and solution teams to build compelling proposals and win deals Lead complex negotiations and drive deal closures with strong commercial acumen Position services across Digital Transformation, AI/Automation, Cloud, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, and Quality Engineering Leverage industry use cases, thought leadership, and case studies to influence decision-making Articulate the business impact of AI and digital adoption on customer experience and operational efficiency Market & Industry Leadership Stay ahead of HCLS market trends, regulatory landscape, and emerging technologies Build ecosystem partnerships and enhance Movate’s positioning in the HCLS industry Represent Movate in client meetings, industry forums, and leadership discussions Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and global teams to drive integrated account strategies Lead and mentor sales teams where applicable Qualifications & Experience At least 18+ years of relevant sales experience, from IT Services Industry Consultative and value driven selling approach Should have experience of working with IT companies and should have experience of Client Relationship Management/Account Management, Onshore and offshore delivery model Going beyond existing stakeholders, mapping new LOB’s / Stakeholders, and positioning Movate services around Professional Services, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, Quality Engineering, Testing and other emerging Digital Technologies Trusted advisor to technology leaders, bring appropriate case studies and industry use cases into customer conversation to build confidence Understanding of digital and AI transformation with ability to explain forward looking impact to customer experience and engineer’s productivity due to implementation of AI based solutions Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills.
