Description Assists manager with the daily operations and profitability of the car wash facility. Manages people both directly and indirectly. Manages inventory and handles customer complaints. Assists in staffing and training for the car wash facility. Handles scheduling for all car wash personnel. Contributes to building of team environment. Assists the Site Manager as needed. Requirements Assure excellent customer experience for every customer, every time Ability to supervise work of others Ability to learn quickly Effective oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills To work as part of a team Must be able and willing to work flexible schedule Daily, weekly and monthly reports Personally handle customer complaints or issues Constant training of associates, optimally staffed, associates are fully trained in all aspects of current job Constant supervision and upkeep of premises Ensure all services are performed according to our quality and speed of service guidelines Anticipate customers and location needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for visual cues Additional Information Person may be required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment.
