Job Summary

A growing LED lighting manufacturing company in Irwindale, CA is seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Account Manager to support customer relationships, sales operations, quoting, order processing, and continued company growth. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning technical products, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

The Inside Sales / Account Manager will work closely with leadership in a supportive, hands-on environment where initiative, organization, and strong communication are valued. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to support sales growth and account development.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication, follow-up, and service.
- Prepare, send, and revise customer quotes based on project needs, product specifications, and customer requirements.
- Process purchase orders, verify customer information, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Learn product features, specifications, and solutions to assist customers with questions and recommendations.
- Maintain CRM records, track customer interactions, and support sales administration and workflow improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage customer communication, follow-up, and account support for prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare quotes, process purchase orders, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Support CRM data entry, customer records, sales administration, and process improvement.
- Learn and communicate technical product details related to LED lighting and architectural lighting solutions.

- Previous inside sales, account management, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers in a polished and helpful manner.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry, documentation, and order processing skills.
- Ability to learn technical products and explain features, specifications, and solutions clearly.
- Proficient with computers and CRM systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
- Self-starter with strong organization, dependability, adaptability, and initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in lighting, manufacturing, construction products, architectural products, or technical sales support.
- Experience preparing quotes, reviewing purchase orders, or supporting project-based customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and structured sales follow-up processes.
- Interest in helping improve workflows and contribute to the growth of a developing sales operation.
