The CFO will be a key business partner to the CEO, contributing to strategic, operational, and investment decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead the financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and driving cross-functional alignment. Establish financial discipline, manage risks, and provide leadership in technology modernization and operational process optimization. Be involved in talent discussions, organizational design, and act as a stabilizing presence during periods of rapid growth and operational complexity. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for an MBA and professional financial designation. Experience in technology transformation and a background in retail, consumer products, or multi-channel environments are essential.
