Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience to join a collaborative team. This role offers exposure to all phases of litigation, hybrid work flexibility, strong support staff, and growth opportunities.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation from intake through resolution.
Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, discovery demands, and responses.
Maintain case files, organize medical records, and track deadlines and court dates.
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
Support deposition, motion, settlement, and trial preparation activities.
3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required.
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and case management.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in legal document preparation, record review, and file management.
