Weekly pay 10 paid holidays Full benefits (medical, dental, vision) Previous experience in Automotive Stamping The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production in an automotive manufacturing environment. This role provides leadership to Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, and cross-functional partners while ensuring alignment with plant goals for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement. The Operations Manager plays a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting customer requirements, coordinating between departments, and fostering a high-performance culture across all shifts. Lead, develop, and support Production Supervisors and Team Leaders across stamping, assembly, or related manufacturing operations. Ensure daily production plans are executed safely, accurately, and efficiently to meet customer delivery requirements. Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, OEE, scrap, delivery, labor efficiency, and overall productivity. Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing safety policies, monitoring workplace conditions, leading investigations, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Collaborate with Quality to address internal and external quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and maintain compliance with customer-specific requirements and IATF 16949 standards. Coordinate with Maintenance, Tool & Die, Engineering, and Materials to resolve equipment issues, ensure machine readiness, and support preventive maintenance scheduling. support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of production personnel. Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles, standardization, and waste-reduction strategies Conduct regular production floor walks to monitor process adherence, identify issues, and support real-time problem resolution. Lead daily/weekly production meetings and communicate clearly across departments and shifts. Review and analyze production data, downtime reports, and operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Support new product launches, engineering changes, and customer requirements by coordinating resources and ensuring operational readiness. Maintain a clean, organized manufacturing environment through 5S, workplace organization, and visual management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and operational procedures. Employee is responsible for ensuring all environmental practices are in line with job scope / position. Examples include but not limited to: proper waste disposal practices, reporting of spills, non-compliance to permit, and addressing any improper practices. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or related field required.

• automotive, Tier 1, or Tier 2 experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or other automotive quality systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
