Healthcare Recruiting Coordinator & Onboarding Lead

UW Medicine Human Resources is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting team. You will open requisitions, manage candidate relationships, screen applicants, verify credentials, schedule interviews, and help create offers while delivering superior service to applicants and internal customers. This role collaborates with 18+ recruiters and 3 coordinators across Harborview and UW Medical Center, contributes to pre-boarding, reports metrics, and supports #J-18808-Ljbffr University of Washington
