This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Training class begins September 25th, 2026. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish). Must have the availability to work a variety of shifts including late night/overnight.

What You'll Bring To Spectrum

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience; 6+ months of experience working with computers and software applications; previous work in cable operations or a telecommunications call center
• Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing
