En este rol, se comunicará con los clientes para identificar sus necesidades, procesar solicitudes, escalar quejas y proporcionar soluciones útiles que garanticen que tengan una excelente experiencia de servicio al cliente con nuestra empresa. El candidato ideal es amigable, experto en informática y debe tener conocimiento de equipos y piezas de HVAC/R. Responsabilidades Reciba un gran volumen de llamadas entrantes y correos electrónicos Identifique el motivo de la llamada del cliente, recopile información relevante y brinde soluciones Utilice las mejores prácticas en técnicas de servicio al cliente para desarrollar una buena relación y construir relaciones con los clientes. Documentar todas las interacciones con los clientes Cumplir con las cuotas personales y de equipo Asistir a capacitaciones para mantener actualizadas las habilidades y conocimientos Calificaciones Diploma de escuela secundaria/GED Es preferible tener experiencia previa como representante de servicio al cliente o en un puesto similar Cómodo usando computadoras y software de gestión de clientes Excelentes habilidades de comunicación telefónica y verbal La comprensión de los equipos y piezas de HVAC/R es imprescindible.
