Position Summary As a Client Success Coordinator at Medicare Joe ® , you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—providing high-quality service and support as they navigate their Medicare coverage. You’ll begin as a Customer Success Trainee , mastering the basics of Medicare support, tools, and communication. Upon successful completion of your training, you’ll advance into the Advisor role where you’ll handle more complex service needs and provide internal support to our sales team. This is a full-time, onsite role that plays a vital part in client satisfaction, internal coordination, and our day-to-day operations.
