Corporate Securities and M&A Director

Leading the corporate legal function, the full-time salaried Director of Corporate, Securities and M&A will manage public company reporting, corporate governance, and M&A transactions while collaborating closely with various departments, with the option for remote work available. Key responsibilities Lead legal support for public company reporting and securities compliance, including various SEC filings Advise on corporate governance matters and support Board and committee meetings Oversee the internal legal process for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions Required qualifications J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar 10+ years of relevant legal experience, including significant experience in corporate governance and public company reporting At least 4 years of in-house legal experience at a public company Strong knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and securities laws Experience managing legal support for M&A and complex corporate transactions
