Assistant Director of Financial Planning

To support a dynamic team, the full-time salaried Assistant Director of Financial Planning will mentor and coach Financial Planners and Financial Counselors, ensuring they meet performance goals and compliance standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Mentor and provide coaching to Financial Counselors and Financial Planners on best practices Perform daily quality assessments and feedback sessions for team members Manage the queueing system to ensure timely assistance for prospective students Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience Preferred experience in a Financial Counselor role for at least 9 months or 2 years in financial aid At least 2 years of team management experience preferred Some experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
