Associate Director, Intercontinental Business Insights
AbbVie
Associate Director leading data insights and analytics transformation across AbbVie's Intercontinental operations. Responsible for developing analytics solutions, standardizing KPIs, and championing AI adoption to drive data-informed business decisions across commercial, finance, market access, and medical functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration of Winning With Data capability into Intercontinental Area headquarters with forward-thinking vision
- Create, deploy, and optimize analytical solutions aligned with international framework ensuring scalability
- Own end-to-end business insights agenda across Intercontinental Area and affiliates with verticalized accountability
- Champion AI adoption within Area team to boost efficiency, innovation, and decision-making capabilities
- Cultivate cross-functional partnerships and drive global engagement to ensure adoption of insights initiatives
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in data management, analytics, and enterprise BI tools such as Foundry
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, business, statistics, or mathematics field
- 10+ years marketing analytics, market research, or related analytics experience
- Extensive data consulting experience designing BI and analytics solutions for strategic change
- In-depth healthcare and pharmaceutical industry knowledge with matrix environment experience
- Understanding of data science, AI, ML concepts, and data privacy regulatory frameworks
- Cross-functional team management and IT systems digital development experience
