Line cooks are responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to company recipes and specifications. Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation) Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds Good hearing for safety and accurate communication Must be able to read, write and speak in English Must have reliable transportation Our Line Cooks are Responsible for: Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherence Preparing guest orders accurately in a timely manner Supporting the success of the Heart of house through proper food preparation and stock levels Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness throughout all food preparation areas Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices Unique Benefits Work alongside, learn and grow from fellow GOATs.
