From simple parts to complex fabrications and finished goods, we are your broad-spectrum provider for rapid prototyping, low, and high volume production.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Welder Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 / hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts availableWelder Details: Perform consistent, high-quality MIG and TIG welding across multiple positions.Blueprint Reading: Analyze drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to accurately lay out, align, and assemble metal parts.Equipment Setup: Set up, troubleshoot, and adjust welding machines.Fabrication Duties: Cut, grind, fit, and assemble raw materials into custom parts.Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets strict company specifications and customer requirementsWelder Qualifications:HSD/GED2 years minimum of MIG and TIG welding experienceProficient with measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, squares)Have your own welding helmet and glovesAbility to stand for 10 hour shifts and frequently lift up to 50 poundsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
