Purpose and Scope The Manager, Enrollment Marketer for Honors and International Education (HIE) leads the planning, development, and evaluation of HIE communications and outreach. The role supports recruiting operations, expands existing strategies, engages in marketing and data analysis, and ensures compliance with institutional policies and regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, services, and support for assigned processes, and communicating decisions based on best practices. Essential Job Functions Oversee daily and long‑term communications, outreach, and reporting operations of the Honors and International Education Office. Conduct research, develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. Use market analysis to develop recruitment, marketing, and outreach plans, including enrollment analysis and reporting. Manage communication workflow for recruitment, yield activities, alumni relations, and community outreach. Develop and organize department training materials, assist in staff schedule creation, and support training initiatives. Engage with university and community partners to develop programs and partnerships that support enrollment. Create methods of evaluation, analyze results, and recommend revisions for continuous program improvement; may lead new program development. Manage the recruitment CRM, including filter and query development, event and registration page creation, database management; collaborate with external consultants on content and system performance. Support compliance reporting for HIE‑related databases and internal audits. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the area and serve as subject‑matter expert, point of contact, and liaison for constituents. Ensure overall program quality and performance to meet enrollment goals and achieve strategic priorities. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong knowledge of marketing and communication strategies and tools (e.g., Constant Contact). Excellent writing skills for marketing and social media content. Ability to prepare and analyze reports. Proficient in general office and software applications. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize duties. Ability to establish cooperative relationships while performing assigned duties. Positive attitude in a demanding work environment with high customer service standards. Independent decision‑making skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience in recruiting for specialty programs (honors, international, or related special student programming). Physical Abilities The work is sedentary, primarily involving sitting. Occasional walking, standing, bending, carrying light items, or driving may be required. No special physical demands are required to perform the job. Work Schedule and Conditions Work performed at a PC workstation within a Microsoft Windows environment, with additional general office equipment. Interaction with internal and external contacts as needed to perform job functions. Work conducted in a climate‑controlled office with minimal safety hazards. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data analysis. Experience with querying systems and databases. Experience developing digital marketing, including social media content. Experience in marketing and outreach. Experience with SharePoint. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or similar systems. Salary and Benefits Hiring salary range: $63,014 – $72,466. The final offer depends on related experience and education.
