Account Manager - Project Coordinator

Account ManageriSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas! This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee project operations, drive business growth, and build long-term client relationships. This role requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, a proactive and responsive mindset, and a solid understanding of the IT services industry.Key Responsibilities:Manage ongoing projects and ensure high-quality service delivery.Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth and contract closure.Build and maintain strong client relationships, gather feedback, and address issues in a timely manner.Develop customized solutions based on client needs and business requirements.Proactively manage client-related activities and ensure timely follow-through, including candidate submissions, interview coordination, client follow-ups, and other time-sensitive requests.Prepare monthly project resource timesheets and manage accounts receivable and payment follow-ups.Support negotiations related to MSAs, annual pricing adjustments, and other commercial agreements.Manage sales opportunities and support invoice processes in Salesforce.Coordinate internal and external resources to support project execution, service quality, and profitability.Manage the team members supporting our clients and potentially other new business.Travel would be on a quarterly basis, but there may be additional travel depending on business needs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, computer science, human resources, or a related field.3+ years of relevant experience; experience in account management, project management, staffing, or the IT services industry is preferred.Candidates must be able to read and write fluently in Chinese to effectively support these clients and business needs.Candidates must be able to travel on a quarterly basis.
