Ferguson is now seeking a Cabinet Designer to join our team!

This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $46,000 - $125,000 annually.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm plus OT as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell and specify cabinets and a range of other products, which may include lighting, appliances, and high-end fixtures.
• Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information.
• Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while using suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately.
• Continually focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, equivalent experience in sales within our industry will be considered.
• 3-5 years of experience with cabinet or interior design.
• Knowledge of 20/20 or AutoCAD design software.
• House call and interior installation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication including a strong sales presence.
• Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required.
• The ability to manage a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
