Job Description
The Silver Star Café, an intimate award-winning café in Park City, serving slope-side week end brunch, lunch, and intimate dinner in an upscale-casual setting, is currently accepting applications for host/hostess. All hosts/hostesses receive an hourly wage plus 5% tip out from servers.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged. Due to the seasonal and resort nature of this business, working weekends and holidays may be required.
Shifts available:
Weekday Mornings 10:30am-3:30pm
Weekend Mornings 8:30am-3:30pm
Night Shifts: 3:30pm-9:30pm
Responsibilities
- Answering the phones and book reservations
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Estimating wait time for guests
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
