Key Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care by effectively scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
• Create a nurturing atmosphere by offering support to both residents and their families.
• Respond to inquiries from residents and staff, providing necessary information and assistance.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by adhering to established rules and regulations.
• Safeguard resident confidentiality by monitoring the handling of sensitive information.
• Manage the documentation related to resident care services.
• Foster a collaborative relationship among healthcare team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Long-Term Care is preferred.
• Ability to lead and inspire the team as a strong and positive Director.
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing software is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills are required.
• Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
