Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across a high-volume OR environment averaging 25–30 cases per day across 12 suites
• Support multiple service lines including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Plastics, Neuro, Vascular, ENT, GYN, Urology, GI, Pain Management, Cardiac, Thoracic, and Podiatry
• Take call shifts averaging 4–5 times per month, with readiness to manage a wide variety of case types
• Operate and maintain proficiency with a broad range of OR equipment and devices across multiple specialties
• Collaborate with vendor representatives present across various service lines

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of New York
• Demonstrated OR scrub and/or circulating experience across multiple surgical specialties
• Ability to take call and respond to a wide variety of emergent and scheduled cases
• Strong foundational OR skill set with comfort working across diverse case types and service lines

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience supporting specialty service lines such as Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular hybrid, or Neuro cases
• Familiarity working alongside surgical vendors and managing specialty equipment and instrumentation
