What You'll Do:

• Make and receive calls to assist members who have requested benefit information
• Book and manage appointments for virtual consultations
• Deliver tailored benefits presentations to members via video conferencing
• Use basic computer applications to complete administrative tasks and client paperwork
• Ensure quality control by reviewing completed applications and documentation
• Engage in professional development and leadership training sessions

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-focused mindset with a friendly, enthusiastic approach
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset
• Comfortable using basic digital tools (email, Zoom, CRM platforms, etc.)
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada
