Bilingual Sr Personal Banker
First National Bank Texas
First National Bank Texas is seeking a Bilingual Sr Personal Banker to deliver exceptional, community-focused service in our branch network. You will provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support for personal banking needs, including opening accounts, handling transactions, and resolving complex inquiries. As a senior banker, you’ll advise customers on loans, savings, and digital services, while meeting sales and referral goals. You will help mentor junior staff, ensure strict compliance with bank policies and regulations, and build long-term relationships that support the financial well-being of our local communities.
