Commercial Lead for Platform

Role Purpose
Keyloop powers automotive retail for 20,000+ retailers and 80 OEMs across 90+ countries . As Commercial Lead for Platform, you're the SME for how we take our data platform to market – the layer that unlocks the data sitting across our expansive portfolio, so customers can leverage it to drive amazing car buying and ownership journeys, and unlock real ROI from AI .
You'll build a strategy that supports and strengthens our Enterprise sales motion, working with Sales, Product and Partners to sell it faster and better. Ultimately, this role exists to help us capitalise on the opportunity ahead, as we move through a significant phase of innovation and new product launches. Success is measured by growth in the domain and adoption of the strategies and Sales Plays you create – not a personal quota or channel you own.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise the OEMs and groups with the biggest opportunity to unlock value from data and AI , to drive scaled growth.
- Act as client-facing SME on strategic platform pitches, engaging CDOs , Heads of Data and architects, and helping account and sales teams win.
- Work with Product and Sales Leadership to build a strategy that supports and strengthens our Enterprise sales motion for our data platform.
- Work with Product to define how the platform is packaged for Mid-Market and Velocity teams.
- Work with Product to keep the platform class-leading, showing customers how unified data drives better car buying and ownership journeys and stronger ROI from AI .
- Define partner requirements and support the Partner team on integration and implementation.
- Own the Sales Play for our platform and drive its adoption across every motion.
- Track and evidence the results customers see from unlocking their data and AI , and use them to strengthen the pitch.
What You'll Bring
- Deep expertise in platform, data or integration software , credible with technical client stakeholders.
- Experience shaping go-to-market strategy for technical, platform-level products.
- Track record working with Product and Partner teams to scale into new use cases.
- Comfortable proving customer outcomes and using them commercially.
- Strong cross-functional influence, without formal authority over sales, product or partner teams.
