Director of Sales and Marketing

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Director of Sales & Marketing to lead census growth, community outreach, and strategic marketing initiatives in Central Florida. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals Lead the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in Build relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners Track leads, tours, conversions, and other key metrics Develop outreach, events, advertising, and marketing initiatives Coach and develop sales team members Identify opportunities to increase market visibility and census Represent the community throughout the local market Qualifications: Proven sales and marketing leadership experience Senior living experience strongly preferred Demonstrated success achieving census, occupancy, or revenue goals Strong relationship-building and communication skills Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting Results-driven and strategic mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
