Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Collaborate with network architects to design and implement functional company networks. Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure. Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness. Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery). Communicate with users when needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Understanding of network security practices. Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills.
