For methodology, please see Responsibilities: • Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals • Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products • Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan • Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on each client’s potential life and financial needs Qualifications: • Must have the ability to successfully network and prospect for new clients • Must have effective relationship management skills • Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas is required • Experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the financial services industry, is helpful, but not necessary. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey financial concepts. • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the insurance and financial services field. • Valid driver's license and the use of a vehicle.
