Position Overview

• The Junior Client Services Analyst will support the administration and maintenance of client accounts, financial information, and related operational records.
\n
• The position involves reviewing account documentation, maintaining accurate information across internal systems, assisting with account setup and updates, and performing routine data verification and reconciliation activities.

• The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure information is processed accurately, administrative requirements are completed on schedule, and client records remain organized and current.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and maintain client account records to ensure information is accurate, complete, and properly documented
\n
• Assist with administrative activities associated with establishing and maintaining financial accounts
\n
• Update client information, account details, and related records within internal databases
\n
• Examine submitted documentation to identify missing information, inconsistencies, or items requiring clarification
\n
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain outstanding materials and resolve account-related questions
\n
• Support routine changes to account information and ensure updates are reflected consistently across relevant systems
\n
• Verify financial and administrative data against supporting documentation
\n
• Assist with reconciliation activities involving account information and financial transactions
\n
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate appropriate corrections with relevant departments
\n
• Help prepare recurring operational reports and maintain supporting schedules
\n
• Monitor assigned requests and follow established procedures to ensure timely completion
\n
• Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with internal operating standards
\n
• Assist with data quality reviews and other activities designed to improve information accuracy
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues across client services, finance, operations, and technology
\n
• Support improvements to existing administrative processes and information-management procedures
\n
• Participate in projects involving database updates, reporting enhancements, and workflow efficiencies

• Identify recurring processing issues and communicate potential improvements to team leadership
\n
• Provide additional operational and administrative assistance as business needs evolve

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
\n
• Approximately 0.6–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
\n
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in financial services, accounting, banking, business operations, or a related environment is beneficial
\n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inaccuracies in financial or administrative information
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications
\n
• Comfortable learning new databases, business applications, and financial systems
\n
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
