In this role, you will shape the strategy and execution of campaigns and initiatives that help existing partners adopt the tools, products, and strategies that drive stronger business outcomes. Your leadership will be critical in building a creative, performance-driven marketing engine that unlocks incremental value from our partner base, improves engagement and product adoption, and supports the Vacation Rentals operating plan.In this role, you will:Own the growth marketing strategy and roadmap for the Vrbo global partner base, aligned to the commercial strategy and focused o n driving greater impact across partner typesLead and mentor a team of partner marketers, building a culture of accountability, speed, customer-centricity, and high performanceDrive campaign execution with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes, continuously evaluating performance and optimizing when results do not meet the barPartner closely with Product Marketing, Partner Programs, Global Communications, and the Vrbo brand marketing team to ensure integrated and aligned executionRepresent the team in key leadership forums by sharing strategy, performance insights, and forward-looking recommendations with stakeholders, including the Vacation Rentals Partnerships commercial teamManage team planning, resourcing, and prioritization, protecting capacity for the highest-impact work and communicating tradeoffs with clarity and confidenceExperience and qualifications:You have 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a people leadership or team development roleYou have a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and executing campaigns that deliver measurable business impactYou demonstrate ow nership and bias for action by proactively identifying problems a nd opportunitie s, bringing forward ideas, and driving them through executionYou are able to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous prob lems and ma ke data-informed, timely decisions that balance partner needs, business goals, and operational realitiesYou have experience assessing and improving existing strategies and campaigns, diagnosing what is and is not working, and building clear plans to increase impactYou collaborate and influence effectively across teams and levels, and you have experience coaching, developing talent, and building an environment of high performance and psychological safetyWhat will help you succeedYou think strategically and translate commercial priorities into scalable partner marketing programsYou are energized by leading through change and raising the bar on quality, pace, and impactYou balance creativity with performance rigor and stay focused on what the work is actually movingYou build strong cross-functional relationships and help teams align around clear priorities and outcomesYou bring a customer-focused mindset and use partner insights to shape more relevant and effective marketingThe total cash range for this position in Austin is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
