Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, vital sign checks, and medications administration under the supervision of licensed nurses

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and experiences

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients, families, and coworkers

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and standards
