As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related needs. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and driver arrivals, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports. Observe and report unusual activity, damaged property, or potential hazards while maintaining accurate daily activity logs and incident documentation. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
