Join our team as an Accounts Payable Assistant and play a key role in supporting our finance department. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will help maintain smooth operations by handling invoice processing and supporting the accounts payable function.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with data entry and record keeping for accounts payable transactions
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks related to accounts payable
- Help maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams as needed to resolve invoice discrepancies
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of accounts payable processes is a plus
- Proficiency with data entry and general office software
- Good communication and teamwork skills
