• License/Certs: Valid VA license, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
• Experience: Prior outpatient urgent care experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $100.50/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide urgent outpatient care to a diverse patient population (birth to death)
• Perform procedures including suturing, I&D, foreign body removal, and burn management
• Stabilize orthopedic injuries, splint, and cast as needed
• Conduct point-of-care testing (strep, flu, COVID-19, RSV, urinalysis, blood glucose)
• Manage epistaxis with packing or cautery, cerumen impaction removal
• Administer nebulizer treatments and perform initial emergency stabilization
• Document all patient visits accurately in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

What You Need

• Valid Virginia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Certification in BLS and ACLS, PALS preferred
• Experience in outpatient urgent care or emergency care setting (preferred)
• Strong procedural skills and ability to manage a fast-paced environment
