Office Administrator – Public Notices

Location: Green Bay, WI – Green Bay Press-Gazette
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $15.73/hour
Work Arrangement: In-office – off N. Broadway

LocaliQ/USA TODAY is looking for an Office Administrator – Public Notices to join our Green Bay team. This is an opportunity to take the skills you've already developed in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, call centers, or other fast-paced environments and put them to work in an office setting.

You'll learn our systems and processes while helping customers, working with internal teams, processing information, and making sure important public notices are handled accurately and on time.

What Your Day Could Look Like

You'll have a mix of responsibilities throughout the day, including:

• Helping customers and sales representatives with questions about public notices
• Responding to emails and phone calls
• Entering information into computer systems
• Reviewing information and proofs for accuracy
• Processing public notices and advertisements
• Keeping track of deadlines and making sure work gets completed on time
• Working with different teams to resolve questions or issues
• Learning new systems and processes through hands-on training

It's a role where being dependable, organized, and willing to learn can go a long way.

Retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center, receptionist, customer service, or other people-focused experience can translate well into this position.

Previous office or public-notice experience is not required . We'll train you on our systems and processes.

Notary experience isn't required either — we can assist with becoming a notary if needed.

The hourly rate for this role will range between $15.00 and $16.00. Variable incentive compensation, including commissions, is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
