About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading global Bulge Bracket investment bank seeking to hire an Associate within its Consumer Investment Banking team.
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded platform advising leading consumer businesses and financial sponsors on complex M&A transactions and strategic advisory mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute M&A and other strategic advisory transactions.
- Develop financial models, valuations, and transaction materials.
- Work directly with senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Support junior bankers and contribute to business development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
- Investment Banking Associate or experienced Analyst ready to step up.
- Strong M&A execution and financial modeling experience.
- BB or Elite Boutique background
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
