Job Summary Medline's ReNewal Division is hiring for a Part‑Time Field Services Representative (4‑5 hours/week) to cover the Cheyenne, Wyoming territory. Medline ReNewal reprocesses used medical devices, reducing landfill waste and saving facilities by offering reprocessed devices at a fraction of the original cost. Video Link: Job Description Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the Part‑Time Field Services Representative (4‑5 hours/week) is responsible for ongoing support of the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program. Duties include packing and shipping designated medical devices and executing any other tasks agreed to with the facility. The role delivers prompt and excellent service to maintain and grow the program through the following functions: Essential Functions Establish and follow a regular schedule to visit the assigned facility to collect devices in designated containers Coordinate the packing of devices in Medline ReNewal shipping containers using proper techniques to ensure safe shipment Arrange for timely shipment of collection containers Update the Medline ReNewal Collection Container Locations sheet to maintain an accurate record of container placement throughout the facility Provide support to in‑service sessions as directed by the assigned Account Manager Make regular rounds throughout the facility to introduce oneself and Medline ReNewal, answer questions, and share staff concerns with the Account Manager Travel locally 100% of the time throughout Cheyenne, Wyoming Ensure program supplies remain stocked for use Distribute program collateral throughout the facility as directed by the assigned Account Manager Highlights of What We Offer Flexible Work Schedule Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities Per Diem for Daily Meals Mileage Reimbursement Cell Phone Reimbursement Company‑Paid Scrubs (uniforms) Qualifications High School Diploma (GED) preferred Ability to travel locally 100% of the time across the Cheyenne, Wyoming area Ability to regularly lift at least 30 pounds as part of daily tasks A current valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facilities Ability to be credentialed at the highest level to gain admittance to all required rooms within each facility Good verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to complete work tasks thoroughly Self‑initiative and dependability to reliably perform the job in an independent setting Salary Range $19.75 - $28.75 Hourly Actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
