Job Details Job Type: Regular Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and candidate experience Schedule: Flex Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (10–15 Hours Per Week) Location: Costco 1161 – Fort Wayne, IN 46808 Overview Become a part‑time HP Customer Sales Representative assisting in driving sales and creating buzz around the HP brand and products at big‑box retailer(s). You will demonstrate products to customers, tailor demonstrations, build rapport, and maintain relationships with store management. Day in the Life Demonstrate HP products at a big‑box retail store Engage and build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within assigned store Train retail store associates on HP products and services Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness Report sales and provide competitive insights What’s in it for you? Stable, weekly schedule Next‑day pay on-demand with DailyPay Paid training completed online $25 per month technology reimbursement Job Description Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis Welcome customers and offer assistance courteously Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest suitable products Advise customers with information on products and services Assist customers in making selections by building confidence Accurately document and report sales Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized and presentable at all times Submit all paperwork completely and accurately Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience (required) Demonstrated knowledge of products and services Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Ability to maintain customer confidentiality Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech or wireless a plus Training or product demonstration experience a plus 1‑year job experience required Equal Opportunity Employer 2020 Companies is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organization and is proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
