Clinical Research Recruiter

Atlas Search is looking for a Recruiter with experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharma to join our Clinical Research team in Midtown Manhattan! This space moves differently. The talent is highly specialized, clients expect true expertise, and the relationships matter as much as the placements. This is an opportunity for someone who excels in managing both sides of the desk, building lasting client relationships, and connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations. If you’ve spent the past few years building a desk around talent within Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Biometrics, Drug Safety or related departments, and you’re ready to bring that experience to an environment that invests in your long-term growth, we’d love to connect. The annual base salary range is $50,000 to $60,000 + commission. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
